Delay Pulse Wipers

The El Camino gauge cluster came with intermittent wiper control. Some people convert to steering columns with the control on the column, but this'll due for now. This beats reaching to the dash to flip the wipers on/off/on/off, but I still have to reach. I also got the wiper motor, which is different for intermittent controlled option.
